The preparation time for delivery is 1-2 business days. We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
Please note that we only prepare orders on weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends. Orders received on Saturday - Sunday, we will process and ship on Monday.

International shipments are unpredictable and delays occur at customs. For international orders, once the package has left Ukraine, it becomes the subject of your local post office.

In the event of New Year's holidays, delays of up to 1 months are possible, it all depends on the workload of the postal service of the recipient country.
Damage and lost package
We take full responsibility for our products.
And in case of damage during delivery or loss, we will gladly send you a new product.
Return terms
Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items.
Exchange cannot be continued until we receive the original product in good condition, original packaging, original customs declaration. In the event that a product is returned back to us, refund will be continued when the product is received by us in good condition. We will then refund the original purchase price minus shipping costs.
